I’m passionate about building company cultures that truly reflect their values. I've collaborated with Fortune 500 companies, universities, and nonprofits to help all employees maximize their potential. Recently, I served as the first Chief Inclusion Officer at NASA/Caltech Jet Propulsion Laboratory for 3 years, later becoming their Chief Team Excellence and Employee Success Officer.
